Dr. Simon sees all patients on a referral basis.  

Please have your family physician send your referral with all diagnostic imaging reports to the fax number below.  If you are interested in any forms of Orthobiologic therapy (stem cell therapy etc.), please make sure that this is indicated on your referral.

Dr. Simon triages all referrals and determines the priority level and/or wait times for all patients.

The office will contact you directly to schedule your consultation based on that determination.
